Eko sklad 124SUB-OBPO25: renovation grants

124SUB-OBPO25 was published in June 2025 for joint energy-efficiency investments in older buildings with at least three individual parts. This article explains the scheme discussed in the original publication. Confirm the current status and complete conditions with Eko sklad before applying.

Measures covered by 124SUB-OBPO25

  • A: insulation of external walls, walls towards the ground and floors over outside air.
  • B: insulation of flat or pitched roofs and ceilings towards unheated attics.
  • C: insulation of floors on the ground or above unheated spaces.
  • D: heating-system optimisation, including the relevant balancing and controls.

Building age, the eligible property, heated areas and the timing of the investment are addressed in the official call. The list above is an overview, not a complete eligibility assessment.

Amounts described in the 2025 article

For insulation measures, the article described support of up to 30% of eligible costs with area caps. Façades and flat roofs had a €50/m² cap, with €60/m² for the specified high-rise façade case. Pitched roofs, attic ceilings and the relevant floors had a €25/m² cap.

The article described 50% support for heating optimisation and particular arrangements for qualifying social-benefit recipients. Special location and applicant rules can also matter. The authoritative call defines eligibility, recognised costs and all exceptions.

Percentage and area limits work together

A headline percentage does not establish the award. Compare the eligible-cost calculation with the applicable area cap. The lower result can limit the support, subject to the other conditions in the call.

Do not combine unrelated rates, measures or historic calls. Use the relevant version of the documents for the actual application. Our 2026 overview includes worked examples of this calculation approach.

Technical and project requirements

The proposed insulation system must meet the requirements for the relevant measure. Existing insulation and the required evidence need careful treatment. A photograph showing thickness, material declarations and a coordinated build-up may be important inputs.

Fire performance is a separate design responsibility. Building height, façade system and the applicable fire solution can affect material and barrier requirements. Grant eligibility does not replace technical compliance.

PZI and construction supervision

The call distinguishes measures and cases in which PZI and particular attachments are required. Exceptions must be checked against the complete conditions. Do not assume that every small building or every ceiling treatment follows the same route.

Our PZI renovation documentation connects thermal calculations, details, drawings and quantities. Construction supervision follows the execution and supporting evidence. Resolve the scope before work starts.

Application and completion records

Owner information, authorisation, photographs, product data, estimates and relevant project parts may be required. The official call sets the exact list, completion periods and payment conditions. Collect the evidence throughout the investment.
