An architectural practice that works as one team

Our architectural practice brings together the disciplines needed to turn a brief into coordinated construction documentation. We listen to your priorities, review the site constraints and discuss feasible options before developing the design.

Bring the parcel number, cadastral municipality and any existing plans. Planning information from the municipality helps us understand what the site allows. A list of rooms, preferred references and practical needs makes the first discussion more useful.

Think about who will use the building now and in the future. Family size, accessibility, working from home, storage and the relationship with outdoor space can all influence the layout. Identify the priorities that matter most to you.

Our approach

Professional approach

A clear brief and a defined design scope.

utečen postopek

Coordinated process

The required specialists working towards one solution.

individualiziran postopek s posluhom

Individual attention

Design around the client and the site.

The project lead involves the authorised specialists required for the building. Architecture, structure, electrical installations and mechanical services must work together. Other disciplines join where the location or project requires them.

We agree the type of documentation, price and indicative programme in a contract. Depending on the commission, the work may cover concept development, documentation for conditions and opinions, building permit documentation, construction drawings and documentation of completed works.

The scope follows the proposed building and the client’s commission. Read more about building permits and the DGD documentation stage.

Ready to start your project?

Architecture. Interior design. Engineering. Construction documentation. Supervision.

    * Required fields. If the area or number of storeys is not yet known, please say so.

The town or municipality is enough to start. You can add the exact address in your description.

Which services do you need? *

You can select more than one service. Relevant follow-up questions will appear.

Answer only the follow-up questions relevant to your selected services. All sections are shown without JavaScript.

Details for the structural engineer’s opinion

If you represent the owner, answer according to the client’s ownership.

    New-build details

    Renovation details
    Type of renovation *

For a partial renovation, give the area being renovated instead of the whole building.

From concept design to construction drawings

Construction drawings provide the details needed for execution. A complete permit set does not replace coordinated construction drawings. Structural members, services and architectural details must fit the same solution.

    Useful questions

    Coordinating design and construction

Our architectural practice can coordinate the required design disciplines and agreed support during execution. The scope and responsibilities are set out in the contract.

Renderings and video views help you understand the developing design. They show spatial relationships before excavation starts. This makes it easier to compare alternatives and coordinate changes while they are still drawings.

We connect the specialists needed for the project. The design process considers the brief, technical requirements, programme and agreed budget.

    Professional responsibilities

The project lead involves the authorised specialists required for the building. Architecture, structure, electrical installations and mechanical services must work together. Other disciplines join where the location or project requires them.

Interior design can include layouts, materials, colours, lighting, sanitary fittings and furniture. We can prepare a coordinated selection and 3D presentation by agreement. See our coastal apartment interior project for an example.

Tell us about your preferred layouts, materials and the way you intend to use the rooms. We can discuss these priorities as part of the design brief and agree any specialist input needed.

A second review of an existing project

A second review can help establish which information or decision is missing. We first examine the existing documentation and the current issue. We then identify the relevant specialist and propose the next step within an agreed scope.

For an existing building, useful information includes permits, drawings, photographs and a description of previous alterations. A 3D building survey may provide additional context where the existing geometry is difficult to understand.

We also offer construction supervision and engineering support. The responsibilities and additional services are defined before work begins. Where needed, we help the client communicate with designers and contractors about unresolved questions.

Discuss your project with our architectural practice
