We are very thankful to Branko Manič for providing us excellent supervision services when we constructed with the help of a montage house two years ago.

We engaged him from the moment of signing the contract with the montage house provider until the house was formally handed over to us – even earlier engagement is recommended.

Throughout the project, Branko Manič engaged also another competent colleague to provide us additional support.

While we were waiting for the construction permit, our street got connected to canalization; Branko Manič helped us think through whether to go for changing our construction permit accordingly, or make changes afterwards.

And, in the peak construction time (about 2.5 months), he and his colleague met us weekly (typically jointly with montage house provider’s project manager), double-checking with us with a sharp-eye all the progress made on the construction site and giving us reassurance in understanding what aspects we should monitor more closely but also where we should not worry.

Together, we agreed what concerns we should document, and Branko Manič communicated such concerns to the montage house provider, which then promptly addressed them.

We’d like to thank Branko Manič for also double-checking with us the house once more towards the end of the two-years full guarantee.
